Your data never leaves your device
Vocilio has no servers, no analytics, no tracking. Audio files, transcripts, and summaries are stored in your device’s sandbox and are never transmitted anywhere. When you delete a note, it’s gone.

Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my recordings?
Swipe left on any note in the Home tab and tap Delete, or select multiple notes using the toolbar. All associated audio files, transcripts, and summaries are permanently removed from your device.
Which devices are supported?
Vocilio requires an iPhone or iPad running iOS 26 or later. AI-powered summaries require a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer) with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. Vocilio works fully offline. Recording, transcription, and summarization are all performed on-device using Apple’s built-in frameworks.
What languages are supported for transcription?
Vocilio currently supports Italian and English for voice transcription. You can select the language before each recording.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
All data is stored in the app’s private sandbox. When you uninstall Vocilio, iOS automatically removes all recordings, transcripts, summaries, and settings from your device.
